KHive. Grassroots veteran of Hillary, Biden, and Harris campaigns. Film scholar; also books and music addict. Blue dot in Arkansas. Pretty sure we’ll survive this.
He’s on drugs I’ll bet. Related, perhaps, to the MRI nobody will explain.

It has to be frustrating when you know what actually happened and people who don’t try to “educate” you!

This is amazing. Many thanks for sharing. Such a beautiful film. Trying to understand made more difficult by too many folks worried about whether it was “finished” and if it was his “own” vision. This clears up so many barriers to understanding.

Not what the director intended! 😂

Love the art from you and your mother. Bill and Alice are masked at all times (thoughts, feelings, motives), hiding behind their faces.

Aw. Much Daddy love for Wendy helps. I live in the countryside; neighbors’ fireworks are the worst. They’re so selfish. Last year the biggest culprit was the village mayor!

Not at all. Last night.

I hope this stage passes quickly and you can enjoy the freedom from problems surgery has corrected. One shoulder gowns are all the rage now. I bet you could work that look if you wanted to. 💃

Sending hugs doesn’t look like a good idea, so will send giant ❤️s and wishes that you heal swiftly, Katharina.

I call him Little Mikey Two Seats because that’s all he can lose in any vote.

Midterms are definitely crucial & will likely go to Ds if Trump’s polls stay as bad as they are now. But we really can’t wait for the new folks to take office Jan ‘27. People need help now. Best short term goal is a few Rs break ranks, dump Mike Johnson, restart the House with coalition lawmaking.

Thank you so much. It was a great success. 7 million marchers here; much support around the world.
No arrests or melees stateside. Probably not overseas either. Pic from your old home town.

It’s not clear what role
Guard will have now or at the big marches on 10/18. Two very different setups with unknown command structures. Guard basically did nothing while deployed in LA and DC; just used for cosplay.
There are many vets in Congress, Rs & Ds,who are not happy with T re: Guard use.

Hiring the dregs; many who don’t have marked uniforms mingle with ICE crews. Not the case early on.
I feel Nat. Guard will hold for citizens. We’re many years away from Kent State. Saw an Insta reel showing a Portland policeman ready to arrest an ICE man bothering a peaceful group.
A bit of hope.

There were successful challenges to ICE operations in early days. Now ICE uses larger cohorts + no mercy to bystanders. Even if you’re fearless they render you useless by beating you or putting you in custody. Strong resistance has to come from cities holding ICE to standards that police observe.

I so appreciate your concern. You are the loved American cousin. Good news now is the growing resistance, not followed much by MSM except R Maddow. Nation wide protest rallies on 10/18. Trump lost the military at stupid meeting. The soldiers belong to the people. Watch Epstein news in Congress. TY

Sorry you have to put up with him, but hope you get a few laughs out of his visit. Hoping he might be taken on a tour of the Tower and left there. Just a suggestion.

Gorgeous! Nothing but clouds here. 😯

Thank you for taking note of it. This man was shown in a brief clip on an MSNBC Sunday news show that gave a good rundown of the grassroots efforts, very small and very large. A big march is set for 9/6 in DC. Crossing fingers they’ll be safe amongst T’s militiamen.

Wonderful how people are finding their voices, speaking without fear.
