In November I lost two of my older cats Simon and Mabel to cancer and kidney disease, leaving me and my remaining cat, Harry, bereft. We took in Mary just a week ago from rescue to soften the blow. I think she likes it here.

Just got home from a Travis (band) gig. My knees are protesting because I jumped a lot. I may be too old for this now but it was brilliant.

Because I'm old school, today is the day I can watch Christmas films, listen to Christmas music and put the decorations up. Taking them down by 6th

Today,I have 'things to do', but I don't want to do those things. I want to do the other things, like sleeping, snacking and watching tv. I think I want to be a cat.
