I made a lemon rhubarb bundt cake with some of the rhubarb from the garden.

I probably should have said that it's caused by UV light. I even went to the effort of wearing a mask to reduce the chance of sneezing for days, but now have lots of rhubarb (some already roasted to be made into ice cream).
