On January 28, the administration said that they had revoked the January 27 memorandum, the same day Trump’s press secretary said that while they have revoked the memorandum, the information it contained is still policy.

For many people it will be a lot more. For states covered under the Executive Order issued on January 27, the policies will halt programs that provide nutrition assistance, housing assistance, childcare assistance, medical assistance and much more.
