It felt so fantastic to pull back the blanket in the morning and not to have the urge to crawl back under because of the cold for the first time in months. 🥰

The best birdfood is the one you don't have to buy because it can grow in your garden. Don't cut your shrubs down in fall, leave them until spring! They offer refuge for countless benefitial insects, and if they have berries or seeds on top of that, your birds will love them. 😊

It's one of these rare occassions where we have actual snow in the Rheinland valley. 🥰
All schools are closed, and buses, taxis, and trains have stopped operating. 20 cm of snow are enough to completely knock out our daily life here. 😄

I don't know if you can get MAC's in the UK, but that's what I feed my cats & hedgehogs and recommend to all my clients. It's the cheapest of the good ones here in Germany, £ 3.21 / kg for canned and £ 5.21 for their dry food.
