I know I've probably got some Stockholm syndrome living in the AWS world, but what sensible changes would you or others suggest here without compromising on security?
Providing CF templates in the console would help, but that isn't a silver bullet by itself. Better AWS docs are also welcome ofc

With proper clothes it isn't much of a problem. Thermal innerwear is the key piece that most people overlook, and it keeps you *very* warm even below zero. Just protect the other parts with wool or other warm material (socks, gloves, hat/neck gaiter/scarf/balaclava/etc) and you are good to go.

It's definitely hard to stay physically active as an IT guy, but the data in this study is certainly some good motivation. That bottom quartile is basically a death sentence.
