Just finished How Big things Get Done by Bent Flybjerg and Dan Gardner. A very readable geeky book. His rules for project success are (1) Hire a master builder, (2) Get your team right, (3) Ask “Why”, (4) Build with Lego (modularly), (5) Think slow, act fast, (6) Take the outside view,
