The art of micro defeats me entirely. I can write something in 200-ish words but 100 is just gibberish in my clumsy grasp. So I'll just enjoy the fruits of other people's labours.

I mean that as in 'I must submit something' not that the frog is slacking in giving me a response. Those poison darts of rejection are always swift.

I will race you! This also reminds me, I'm overdue a rejection from Flash Frog....

Now I have a new ambition - to submit to Smokelong (never done that, I don't think I'm their sort of thing) and to keep submitting until at least my 153rd rejection.

New website design is so pretty...my brain loves the tidy. We like good change. 💚

I've never read it. There was a precis in the back of my copy of The Tree That Sat Down, and I fancied reading it, but it wasn't in our local library and I never got a second-hand copy. I always felt I missed out.
