I've ignored my health for long enough & it's cost me. Being trapped in power dynamics cost me all of my health. The least I can continue to do as I had last year is take care of me. It's a luxury to be able to & not one I'll have much of, but when we can fix things. It'll at least help.

By then, it's been too late for some of my dental health. And despite my extreme fear of doctors (due to medical malpractice & my mother), I went yesterday! 1st time since I was like 14. Hopefully, they will be helpful & get me on track so I'm not in pain anymore. It's a start to trying.

But we, despite all challenges, have kept advocating for Simon & Millys better quality of life. And that's a silver lining to look toward. Time is limited, but it will be full of love❤️💐

No this was outback, however today we went for lunch yes😌 lava cake was the frozen type but it was still surprisingly tasty! Black Garlic Ramen was for the win!
