idk maybe it's the seasons changing, just feeling lonely and introspective lately 🤪

I do try to be outspoken and energetic when I enjoy something, but I have always been shy, so it's hard to force myself out into the light sometimes. The anxiety has kind of taken quiet hold this year and I would like to try to do better I think...

I do wish I was louder about the things I like. There's a difference between 'I post every single aspect of my life for the world to see' and 'I'm stuffed so far in the corner and will not be seen', and I would like to find a balance but even posting /this/ is difficult.
