I find it easier to reply to this comment than the article. Bravery wasn't what struck me, but the acknowledgement of the task and the need to nurture your own will everyday. I won't read anything better or more important in the next week, I gave my wife and kids a tighter hug this morning. Thanks.

Signed up as a Patreon just now (thanks for letting me sponge for so long). You've a proper line up of interesting commentators and while you (Spanners) can get a bit sensationalist the detail and discourse with the MA team is really grounded and somehow manages to make a complex sport accessible.

Maybe a 10 second penalty for NOT pitting would raise the stakes? Or just permit one jack and one ratchet gun for the pit team.

Terrible. If you can back up the field like that and the only method of overtaking is illegal, then it's not fit for purpose. The event should be done in the Lego cars, it would be a much better spectacle.

Leinster also have the coaching team that devised this style of play and have a lot more contact time with the players. Ireland without Nienaber would probably require the Leinster players to instruct the coaches. Not great.
