NYT is trying to get Vol 2 of Jack Smith's report (MAL/Classified Docs) thru FOIA in this lawsuit. DOJ denied the request on 2/5 & NYT is taking an admin appeal of that decision. If (when) they lose, they will come back to the court to try and get the report. s3.documentcloud.org/documents/25...

Besides other horrors, Trumps first acts, withdrawing the USA from the WHO and releasing 1500 violent domestic terrorists is an immediate threat to national security. Blue states should form a coalition to rejoin the WHO. And ban domestic terrorists from travel in their borders. It’s go time.
