It's incredibly simple tbh - finely sliced fresh mint leaves in vinegar (I use malt vinegar for a bit of bite) and let them soak for a few hours before serving. Hmmmm-mmm. 🥰👍🌱

The swede was soooo good... There's a drizzle of homemade mint sauce on there as well - swede and mint sauce is a great combo IMHO. 🤓👍🌱
