First, solve a real problem, don't use it as a smart contract interface to your product. Protocols solve, coordination, data, access, infrastructure.

Too much abstraction and complexity leads to many specialist products that lock in users, at the infrastructure layer. Everything should be easily portable, allowing anyone to control their infrastructure if needed (home, cloud) Markets should be to provide a great service and products on top.

My naive view. If we want decentralisation, self sovereignty (data, privacy, etc) we need commoditize those as a standard, meaning that a user can have full control of everything. (node, indexing, applications, accounts, development). And use platforms for convenience, not locked in.
