Dreadful day... can still vividly remember the shock and horror... the thought of those lives lost... when I crossed the pond to Washington DC I made sure to visit the memorial at Arlington. .

Let's get the funding in schools sorted first... most teachers I spoken to, and me, are thinking leaving profession due to conditions because of lack of funding... no TA support, SEND crisis... we are stressed, and overwhelmed. The pay can wait.
