This happened once-a-year, in 2017-2020, now again. Veterans sent to collections, for a pittance, not in arrears, essentially my current VA bill. Collection agency says it's thousands of us vets, and all the same small amounts.
I wonder who has ties to the collection agencies?

This book was a gift from my father. It was a part of our familial intellectual development, and still found in our conversations here and there. It means more to me than if he had given me the house.
