I say yeah, he says I got ya let's go. Buys my $2 purchase and as I'm tryin to pay him he jets. No time for a thanks.

Day 3 of intermittent fasting. Not as difficult as I thought it'd be, and only had to tweak my fast start time. Turns out there wasn't enough time to get home, walk pups, cook, and eat by the deadline. In thinking, it turns out this will better match how I eat on weekends, 2 meals and snax.

Sad days. Over the weekend I donated my bmx to Dreambikes. Haven't wanted to face that the wrists don't care to ride street on a super rigid bike on 2.1 tires at 80psi.

Bandaid ripped off. Facebook deleted.

The weekend

Easy tell that the folx at a haus are not my type: Cucktruck and an H2 in the driveway.

No lie. I still get a lil giggly when one of my fav mtb journos likes a comment of mine on an article.

Made cioppino last night. PEI's, clams, 6 shrimp and scallops, and a hunka halibut. Plus the additional required ingredients it came out to a bit over $70 in groceries to make essentially e servings. This is to say what you get at a good restaurant represents high value.

Seeing an expiration date on a toob of Voltaren is so cute. It's like they think there's any chance that bugger isn't gonna get used up in a month's time.
