I know we could engineer some solution, but I don’t know if it is the most efficient strategy. I’m with you, though. You can ask anyone at STA. I bring up the airport service all the time. For the average person, it’s not easy at all.

Though it is old, I don’t believe the bridge is the problem. The height difference from downtown to the airport is. You would have to take a lengthy route around the hill to keep a low grade to get to the airport. @pedestrianman.bsky.social would know better though. I could be completely off base.

I would love that, but sadly, I think the grade between the airport and downtown makes that route highly improbable. You would have to take such a roundabout path up the hill it would be slower than the bus. I want it too though! 🚊 At this point, I would take a high frequency and extended hour bus.
