yeah... I have a feeling a retrofit will be intentionally a grueling process in the hopes that people just get a newer car. then again, almost every car is HW3, so I hope I'm wrong lol

adding to MY first makes the most sense. it's sales numbers mean that it'll capture the most data. i'm also wondering if that data/training would allow non-bumper camera cars to better contextualize what's happening up at the windshield camera

If I recall, the main issue was conflicting signals between different input methods. And there's also the training data issue. I don't see this being a route they take sadly
