their district went from six trail workers to three in the span of two years, and they were the lucky ones on their forest. the other district crews were left with just one worker, so they had to form a zoned crew to cover the entire forest

almost half of the total wildlife corridor funds went to purchasing just this one small property at an extremely inflated price that happened to be owned by a major donor, despite objections from florida’s chief finance officer. huh!
