I have stopped watching all MSNBC/ CNN, as well as ABC, CBS, NBC and the local affiliates since the election to improve my mental health, just Substack, Meidas+ and Bullwark.

I wanted to let you know that Margaret ‘s made a remarkable recovery, in fact, she may be coming off of hospice care very soon. I plan to go visit her again this Friday. She’s been keeping me busy!

I’m telling you. I have to be hyper vigilant to not allow the political news affect me. We still won’t watch Any news on TV, only movies on the streaming channels, home improvement shows, and if the need arises to watch reality TV it’s Court TV only. Otherwise I’m keeping busy finding other outlets
