Garmin Connect is very aggressive. I told it I run 1-6 miles per week just under 13 minutes per mile and today, a week into training, it wanted me to run 48 minutes at a 10:45 pace. This is going to be interesting.

Running in Breck...downhill ...on wet, unpaved road. That lasted about 5 minutes before calculating how miserable the run (ok, walk) back was going to be. Get me back to the lowlands of 5280!

At Oriental tonight for a bittersweet show. Tonight is INTHEWHALE's last Denver show. I've loved these guys since I first heard them. Sad it's coming to an end, looking forward to what they do outside this band in the future. And expecting an absolute ripper of a send off tonight. #INTHEWHALESUCKS
