New orchid pots! I do these in a speckled buff clay that I leave unglazed except for the flowers. Orchids love them (lots of drainage that you can’t see) AND you have something to look at when they are dormant!

It’s so dry that dozens of local honeybees (must be a hive somewhere!) are trying to drink out of the pool. I’m life guarding. I’ve pulled out eight so far,

Hey #artsky!! New ceramic pieces! Changed up the red glaze on my "Persephone Vase", and I like the deeper color. Then created these little 2.5" catchers for used tea bags. (What are they called, anybody?!) #ceramicarts #pottery

Annnnddddd, this is what happens when the kiln fires too hot. The unglazed clay part would normally be a speckled buff that would contrast more with the glazed elements. Do you think it's saleable, or naw? Yes, that's a toothpick holder, LOL. #ceramicart #pottery
