I am shocked that Chief Justice Roberts had to issue a statement explaining why we don’t impeach judges when we disagree with their decisions.

The battle over the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) just took an interesting turn. A Federal District Court, Eastern District, Texas, granted injunctive relief enjoining enforcement of the CTA effective nationwide. Looks like a fast track to the Supreme Court.
