My take is you have some perverse view that a college team is obligated to play in a meaningless bowl game with back-up’s to make ESPN money. Lobbying for new job?

Why are teams obligated to play in meaningless bowls to make ESPN money? All of their best players will sit out or risk injury. This is the new reality. And why criticize a team for taking a stand against the ESPN/SEC establishment?
