Early access content or behind the scenes stuff are the biggest incentives. If you don't want to post content there a day early, maybe you could post lineart, high res stuff, or rough sketches that wouldn't make it to your platform normally.

Costume 3 Aki is 100% what finally got me to lock in and be somewhat decent at Street Fighter. Still my bottom game but now I don't dread playing it.
