This series' designs were inspired by not only her typography work, but how her art supported women in the workforce and striving for independence. Thus, each card focuses on a woman's firsts in a literal sense, championing the first women working in various careers & when they worked said career.

My Laufen Playing Card Series is based on the work of Cipe Pineles, an incredibly talented Graphic Designer and Art Director of famous magazines such as Vogue, Seventeen, Charm, Glamour, and many others during the 1940's and 1950's. (1 of 2 or 3)
