Sounds like you haven’t had your premiums and deductible PER PERSON double. It sucks but taking it away and forcing people into debt, or go uninsured waiting for a fantasy solution from our dysfunctional and corrupt government is far worse. Let’s get these grifters and criminals on the record.

💯 The worst of our citizenry voted for the madman. This mess belongs to them and also to those who sat this election out. Their non-vote said, “I’m ok with the mess that will come if he’s elected.” Let’s hope they show up for the mid-terms.

Adorable. Saying something doesn’t make it so. We have nearly a year of handwringing about the laws this administration has broken, but no action from the likes of Massie and all the rest. Ds need to get with the program.

IMHO, not voting, or voting for a candidate that can’t win is just as bad. That’s why we are in the mess we are in. Unless and until we have some drastic change at the legislative and judicial level, we’re better off with the “less bad”candidates who at least aren’t openly fascist and corrupt.

So, what’s the option? It sucks to vote for the least heinous candidate, no matter the label they carry. If I have a choice between what we have now and something that more closely resembles integrity, fairness and compassion, I’ll put up with their corporate sponsors and other distasteful aspects.

The beginning of the end of our precious NPs. Next step: increase the cost for residents and generate a reason to sell them off since they cost so much to maintain. No surprise here.

I don’t think any of them know what the word transparency means. I would love to hear them define it.

There is no ACA guarantee here. The GOP cannot be trusted. Don’t do it. Hold firm. Otherwise this whole thing was for nothing.

Considering JC is 44, what is the window for “young?” What we’re looking for are people who have deep-seated integrity, empathy and common sense, no matter how old they are.

So, in my world, this is the precedent that should stop these crimes in any state that cares about its citizens. Governors and state’s attorneys general need to assert their authority and shut it down. BEFORE the injustice dept and felon 47 send it to SCOTUS.

I’m with you long as you are speaking of the 6 f-tards in the majority, and recognize that the three true jurists are standing their ground.

Please, provide links to the sources when you post this kind of thing. It stinks of GOP/FOTUS.

Who is this person? What are his credentials? Given that funding for education varies wildly district to district (not to mention state to state), and the level of stress, poverty, and trauma for kids and families nationwide, this is a ridiculous take. Kids and teachers have never worked harder.

Dear Kenny: You should pursue legal action. And also review the meaning of patriotic. In no way (that matters) are FOTUS followers patriotic.

Your point? FWIW, I think you’re correct but it seems to make the argument stronger that cops weren’t needed…

It was so uplifting! Who is providing the number for the crowd?

I don’t think those two things are mutually exclusive. Having said that, I met many who identify as Rs at my rally/demonstration. I hope that the tide will turn, but I fear not soon enough.

And when local planes land at airports! I especially like the bit about elders past, current and future.

I was surprised and heartened to hear a local zoom meeting in the USA acknowledging the Native Americans “who first cared for this land.” Slowly. Slowly. But only if we insist on it.

Love it! Mine were lovely this morning. Ah, spring.

Check out Kelye’s work. Not sure she’s on bluesky, but here’s a screencap of her current WIP.

Maybe not released? But certainly offered due process.
