There are a handful of Steam Curators that I follow that kind of do that. "AI Check", "A.I. Police", and some others
I've also been tagging any games I find with my own "GenAI" tag, but can't filter by custom tags - unless other users tag it as well. Apparently, then it becomes a "real" tag.

I've seen real human artists get trashed by people who can't tell genAI from genuine art.

I've seen genAI slop get held up on a pedestal from people who can't tell genAI from genuine art.

It's a fucking shit show out here.
