As our democracy continues to be actively dismantled, I spent my afternoon writing letters to elected officials and key organizations. It may be futile, but I needed to put this anxious energy somewhere.

Yep, I’m one of those that tries to establish fresh habits at the start of the new year. Taking better care of my physical and emotional body is high on the list. Anyone have similar plans/or suggestions?

I feel like I dropped the ball a bit this year on supporting non-profits in my community. WW’s Give Guide makes it easy to make end-of-year donations (plus the raffles are a fun perk)! Let’s see if we can get some of these groups to their fundraising goal. 🙏
