the other articles i've seen on this make no mention of moving the HQ, so either the currency have some scoop or it's speculation?

Cheers - i'd read this as hunting is banned, and that also includes hunting with foxes: 'A person shall not—
(a) hunt a fox, or foxes, including with a canine or canines' - i've seen people debating that elsewhere. FWIW i would fully support the hunting ban!

the bill, as worded, would seem to seek to ban *any* form of fox hunting. RC in public statements seemed to suggest it's to ban hunting with hounds or horses; so there's a discrepancy between what it would seek to achieve and what it would actually achieve?

question about the bill - is there a legal understanding of what hunting means? because the bill seems to seek to ban *all* hunting of foxes, not just hunting with hounds or with horses.
