Whenever I have feelings about Stephen Miller, I remember an eloquent tweet made in response to him.

I hadn’t been looking until you mentioned it. What was going on in October? I guess the drop off corresponds to the MSG rally but I can’t remember what would’ve prompted the run-up before then.

Yeah, Churchill was, putting it politely, deeply misinformed about the US Civil War. There was this in his WW2 memoirs. Also, if I correctly recall his “History of the English Speaking Peoples,” he said things would’ve been much better if McClellan had been left in command…
