I almost never get cramps but just got one in my abdomen. My first thought is goddamn. Having period cramps has got to be way more painful than I ever gave it thought to being. (Like, I knew they could be debilitating, but never actually internalized how much pain that would be)

It's amazing the things that live in you forever. Had to teach a theater movement workshop with about 20 minutes notice today. Just popped out of my brain from nowhere.
