Yep. Seeing it in Atlanta since ‘08. By ‘16 it was egregious and blatantly obvious how certain locations had hours long waits while others had no waits at all.

I work in public ed in Atl. One of the local “early reopening” movements in a school I service was led by a CDC scientist who was a very progressive woman but her active disdain for following CDC policy by the faculty was condescending & created serious cog-dis and issues for the school community.
