I looked into the PushKit docs to see if the API had changed but didn’t see anything obvious.
Had recently chalked it up to potentially a discrepancy between Verizon’s timeservers (where I’m assuming my phone gets its time) and the iCloud servers?

I think there’s something really wrong with iOS 26’s timekeeping. I keep getting notifications that show up as “1 sec from now” until they change to “now”. This sounds like its another symptom of it if the edit logic has a “only allow editing if the message’s age is between 0 and 300 seconds”

I am in Maine fwiw. I think its less “only this guy can sell this platform”, and more “this is the only guy selling this platform, which we want so badly we’ll paper over just about anything “.
