Well, if you’re heading ENE, that’s a plan, but heading NNW it’s completely out of the way and would add over an hour to your drive. Driving 101 to 405 to 5 to get from Ventura to SD has taken me over 5 hours in the past with traffic. A closure like this could easily add another hour or more.
