Alot of the countries that we placed tariffs on either are not changing us a tariff or it's just a 1 or 2 percent

Actually when we place a tariffs on a country when the item gets to port in the USA we charge the company in the usa that is importing it pays the the tariffs and then that company passes the cost to the customers. The country that exports it to us does not pay the tariffs we do

So if we take it over and clean it up, does that mean WE pay for it?
