1. did Vance just say the U.S. won't pay for any more aid to Ukraine? I thought since Trump took office they havent paid for much other than Biden Era Stuff?

I may just be a stupid Brit been watching awful flooding in Texas 20+ kids missing let alone dead adults I know its 4th July surely this disaster should be higher priority on the news US conscience than the picnic in whitehouse???
