At ISC, we work 4 day workweeks for full pay all summer, plus starting at 4 weeks paid vacation and 12 weeks paid sick time/family leave. We are 100% work from home. We pay well, and are hoping to paying raises and bonuses (again) this year. Treating employees poorly is utterly unnecessary.
