Not at all surprised. My employer has been with UHC for years and all they do is put up obstacles that prevent you from accessing care and getting your money from your FSA/HSA and childcare accounts.

I wish they were prepared to explain what we are using “health as a resource” for. Bungie never learns. They introduce something that might be cool but explain it so poorly folks get confused or frustrated. What am I spending my health on?
