See the table on page 8 here - if you live in a city in the US you are more likely to be a victim of violent crime than if you live in a rural area. You could argue that crime statistics are biased by reporting rates, but it's a stretch to say this is "entirely fictional"

There is a (fiddly) way around this: put a three-way tap between the pump syringe and the infusion line with a 20ml syringe on the third port. Turn the three-way so the initial bolus is administered into the 20ml and then pause the pump, flip the three-way and give the bolus manually.

Mind-boggling that he voluntarily added "for the better". If he'd stuck with a neutral "transformative" it would be defensible as a simple prediction but instead he unnecessarily aligns himself with a group that is widely hated by his party's natural voters.

Interestingly, at antidepressant doses (which are lower than anaesthetic or recreational doses) ketamine has an excitatory effect. It's still dumb to attribute a stranger's behaviour to speculative drug use like this though.
