Dipped into Potosi brewing last weekend. I was struck by the beer cave they have dug into the side of this hill from the 1800s. Constant 42F in there. They have some beer aging in there, according to an employee some of these have been sitting there going on 8 years. 😳

Brewed up a Kentucky Common today. First crack at this style. Got a good amount of flaked corn, plus saaz hops. Really into the color on this one.
