Or entire villages pooling money together, to fund "Langars" for tired Drivers, Truckers, Families and everyone else, without asking for a single rupee. Is that not part of empathy ?

There is absolutely no way Punjab is second to last in "Public Safety", when I've met multiple women and families who've felt safer here compared to rest of India.
Where else would you find people stopping you in the middle of the highway to "offer you sweet Lassi to beat the heat".
