To go straight to Control Panel Network Connections in Win11 without needing to click through 17 different gui windows just search (or win key+R) for “ncpa.cpl” and it’ll drop you right in.

I can’t cite evidence but I’m confident that spammers and scammers have seen a dramatic rise in productivity. Not sure about anyone else.
