Can I find a number of talented people that can retrieve the poll data in concert with those that are capable of the deep dive into the numbers to find out if it is true that Trump cheated?

The sticking point for me is that, only one seems to explain the anomaly, while the others don't satisfy the criteria. That one explanation... Vote swapping from Harris to Trump after a 400 vote threshold.
