Great event tonight at Drawn & Quarterly in Montreal -- Cory Doctorow was amazing, inspiring. Realized the last time I saw him read / speak was most likely 2003 (TorCon).

Secret Wars #4 (1984) cover by Bob Layton - this was one of the first stories that really showed me how interconnected the Marvel universe could be. It was fantastic (amazing, spectacular, uncanny) to see all these characters interacting with each other.
