With all the BS going on with DEI programs, I want to share my joy that I was able to have my trans child’s name used in little league, not his birth certificate name. They told me they have a no discrimination policy. We live in Florida. There are still decent people 🫶🏻

These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.

My daughter who will open a snack and just drop the wrapper on the floor is scrapping up stickers off the floor and sweeping. Why? We are bunny sitting and I told her I have to clean the floor and create an exercise space for him. I want to keep this bunny 🤣🤣

It’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow since I got laid off. I’ve been applying & networking. And you know what’s happening? My own business is becoming the obvious answer as this week I’m committing to two new clients - one on retainer! Being my own boss was NOT on my bingo card for my 2024 🤣
