That's awesome! I've known native French speakers who have perfect English pronunciation. What gave them away is their inflections, tonal patterns and use of French figures of speech in English. Still way better than my French though.

Just stay out of the mid-northern and northern wilderness. There are things in there that would get even an American Appalachian forest ranger running to their truck and getting the hell out of there.

This might sound great to an "America First" person, but it would likely result in lower profits for American companies and the American GDP by proxy.

On top of this, if Canada were made part of the USA, that would mean we'd be using the American dollar and the cost effectiveness of developing real estate, filming movies, sourcing natural resources etc that give American companies a better budget to work with would become non-existent.

If I remember my history classes correctly, right after the attack on Pearl Harbor Canada declared war on Japan 4 hours before the USA did.

American real estate developers and investors have stakes in the massive number of developments across Canada. An invasion would lose them billions, and if right-wing politicians can be relied on for anything, it's keeping rich people happy and steadily more rich over time. I hope I'm correct. 🫤

A good lawyer or even a subpar one could argue there's purpose to most idle standing, sitting etc. If a judge needs proof of that, they can walk around the city all day without the opportunity to "loiter" and see how little sense this law makes.
