Chances of him cancelling elections are vanishingly small, but we do have over a decade of the dynamic "Trump acts as he pleases, Rs fall in line," matched with "Ds don't like to do anything they don't perceive as already popular". It's an unlikely scenario but I think that's the case for it

As a Bengals fan, it is a high sigh of relief not to have to go up against his teams twice a year. Steelers are historically a first-rate organization and may go grab another great coach, but I'll take my chances on the next guy not being THAT metronome-consistent.

From what I read, I believe Maduro's personal security detail was largely comprised of Cuban mercenaries, paid by and therefore loyal to Maduro rather than standard military. I've seen that referenced a couple times but don't have a credible direct cite

From my reading, US never acknowledged Noriega as legitimate (thin and abusable, but sure, the Court of Appeals bought it). I'm sure they'll try to make the same argument though that feels inconsistent with his treatment at various times in his regime.

I almost wonder if the weight cap had an unintended effect. If my best chance is the other guy mailing it in and not doing a real camp, maybe we don't set the weight at a level that guarantees he will show up absolutely shredded
