It was never as good as Twitter in my opinion, but my feeds on both platforms have gradually gone quieter over the last couple of years. I think many people have just lost interest unfortunately. It's a shame because it's by far and away the best way to share new science.

4/ Comparing GA versus IFNb-treated patients, the protective effect of GA was observed specifically within A3+ carriers – i.e. GA-treated A3+ patients did better than IFNb-treated A3+ patients

3/ A3 is best known in MS as a risk allele that increases disease susceptibility. Fascinatingly, GA-treated A3+ carriers have significantly better clinical and MRI outcomes compared to A3- carriers, independent of HLA-DR1*15:01 status
